Hello and thank-you for taking the time to view my ceramic works.

 

All works of art that I offer in my shop are handmade solely by myself in my studio located in Pagosa Springs, CO. I work independently without the aid of assistants.

 

All my ceramic works are High-Fired Stoneware fired in my custom designed and built gas fired updraft kiln(s). All my glazes are lead-free and food safe. Finished ceramic works are microwave and dishwasher safe, although I recommend all pieces be washed by hand as one would do with functional fine art.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

I ship Domestic within the USA ONLY at this time due to the unpredictability of International shipping options.

I never charge a handling fee. 

I will combine shipments, when in our sole discretion, all items can be packed safely to guarantee safe delivery. 

If an item is damaged in transit, my liability will be limited to a refund equal to cost of the item and the shipping cost paid by the buyer. Please notify me immediately upon discovery of a damaged shipment. Save all packing materials for review by carriers claims adjusters. Buyer is required to provide me with a digital image of the packaging and contents, via email attachment.

I will ALWAYS ship to the address of the buyer as they entered at time of purchase.

If the item being shipped is a gift, I can send it directly to your recipient with an enclosed card with your personalized message. Please let me know in advance that your item is intended as a gift.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 3 days of delivery of your intent to return your purchase

with item to be returned within 7 days of purchase. Buyer to pay for return shipping. Buyer with be credited these shipping cost on a replacement or new item.

PAYMENTS

I accept payments via credit cards, and PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit cards through PayPal to make payments.

State and Local Sales Taxes will automatically be added at the time of checkout, where applicable.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

 

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING ONLINE PHOTOGRAPHS: I make every effort to photograph and post images of my work to best represent my offerings. I photograph using 5500K lighting that approximates mid-day summer cloudless light. 

Please understand that there is a difference between viewing an image on a computer monitor(screen) in RGB illuminated light and viewing the actual object in natural light. Also, I photograph each item separately and independent of any other objects for clarity. 

Finally, please also understand that no two monitors(screen) are calibrated to render all colors accurately, therefore you may not be viewing my work on your screen, in its most accurate rendition
